I provide a nutritious and varied diet for children in my care. For babies I will ask parents to provide food and milk until they are weaned. For toddlers and older children, I offer breakfast, lunch, healthy snacks and dinner depending on the length of the session. For funded places, parents can choose to bring their own food or pack lunches; otherwise extra charges may apply should parents wish for this to be all inclusive.

Some of the typical foods I can provide are:

Breakfast: Cereal or toast

Snacks: Snacks are a variety of fruit, chopped veg or a biscuit with a drink

Lunch: Sandwiches or jacket potatoes with healthy fillings/toppings, finger foods such as chopped pepper, carrot, cucumber, cherry tomatoes or soup with roll.  Fruit – a range of strawberries, banana, grapes, apples etc

Dinner: Spaghetti bolognese, fish with vegetables and mash, meatballs or chicken in tomato sauce with rice or salad, vegetable risotto. Pudding: Fruit or a yogurt.
